Common use of Processes Clause in Contracts

Processes. In the relevant Division(s), all of the full-time Bargaining Unit members, together with the Division Head as non-voting Chair, will meet within a week following November 15th to identify the individual(s) and make a recommendation based on the following criteria before November 30. In the case where the group cannot come to a two-thirds majority decision, it will so report to the President and the President, in consultation with the Division Head, will make the decision before December 15.
