Processed Appeal. Ninety-five percent of total cases appealed shall be processed to completion within 60 calendar days. One hundred percent of total cases appealed shall be processed to completion within 90 calendar days. Appeal cases shall be tracked from the date of receipt of a request for reconsideration by the contractor.
