Process Options. An Employee having a complaint under this Article 10 will have the right to choose the process by which their complaint is resolved. Without precluding any right the Employee may have to file an application under the Human Rights Code, RSO 1990, the Employee may choose either of the following options: a) File a complaint under the applicable Employer policy, or; b) File a Grievance in accordance with Article 11.
