Process Manual Clause Samples
A Process Manual clause defines the requirement for parties to follow a specific set of procedures or guidelines, typically documented in a manual, when performing certain tasks or obligations under the agreement. This clause may specify that the manual outlines step-by-step processes for operations, compliance, or quality control, and can require parties to update or adhere to the manual as it evolves. Its core practical function is to ensure consistency, standardization, and clarity in how contractual duties are carried out, reducing misunderstandings and operational risks.
