The "Process for Obtaining Staffing Preference" clause outlines the procedures by which parties can express and manage their preferences regarding the assignment of personnel to a project or service. Typically, this clause details the steps for submitting staffing requests, the criteria for evaluating such preferences, and any timelines or documentation required. For example, a client may request specific qualifications or experience for staff assigned to their account, and the service provider must follow the outlined process to accommodate or respond to these requests.
