PROCESS FOR ANNUAL REPORTING. The Minister administering the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 must prepare an annual report on this agreement, which must include: (a) ESFM* in the Region; and (b) Compliance with any IFOA* for the Region. Each annual report is to be tabled in each House of Parliament as soon as practicable after it is prepared and may be combined either with other reports required by the Forestry and National Park Estate Act 1998 or an annual report from DoP*.
