Process for Adjustments. The Regional Committee shall analyze options, and recommend to the Leadership Committee any proposed construction or flow management options, associated cost allocations, and any necessary adjustments to this IMA or the Derivative Agreements. These planning elements shall be conducted consistent with the requirements detailed in the following subsection C.
