Common use of Process Agents Clause in Contracts

Capital (SPV) Limited for the time being as its agent for service of process in England in respect of any proceedings in respect of this Agreement and undertakes that in the event of Mourant & Co. Capital (SPV) Limited ceasing so to act it will appoint another person with a registered office in London as its agent for service of process.
