Common use of Process Agents Clause in Contracts

Process Agents. 16.1 The Issuer hereby appoints Intertrust (Deutschland) GmbH, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, as its agent for service of process with respect to any legal proceedings brought before any German court in connection with any Transaction Document. 16.2 Upon the request of any other Transaction Party, each Transaction Party that has no branch or office in Germany (other than the Issuer) shall appoint a third party as its agent for service of process with respect to any legal proceedings brought before any German court in connection with any Transaction Document.
