Common use of Process Agent Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Process Agent Acceptance. A letter from the Process Agent to the Agent, in form and substance CREDIT AGREEMENT satisfactory to the Agent, accepting the appointment of the Process Agent by the Obligors operating in the Commonwealth (other than ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇) as provided in Section 11.10(c) hereof.

Process Agent Acceptance.
