Common use of Process Agent Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Process Agent Acceptance. (i) A Process Agent Acceptance, duly executed and delivered by the Process Agent, and (ii) a Mexican law notarized power of attorney of each Mexican Obligor appointing such Process Agent.

Process Agent Acceptance. (i) A Process Agent Acceptance, An instrument duly executed and delivered by the Process Agent, Agent dated on or prior to the date hereof pursuant to which it accepts its appointment as Process Agent hereunder and under the Guaranty Agreement and (ii) a Mexican law notarized power of attorney of the Borrower and each Mexican Obligor Guarantor appointing such Process Agent, granted pursuant to Mexican law.
