Common use of Proceeds to be Turned Over To Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Proceeds to be Turned Over To Administrative Agent. If the Administrative Agent so requests, all Proceeds of the Collateral received by Grantor consisting of cash, checks and Cash Equivalents shall be held by Grantor in trust for the Administrative Agent and the Secured Parties, segregated from other funds of Grantor, and shall, forthwith upon receipt by Xxxxxxx, be turned over to the Administrative Agent in the exact form received by Grantor (duly indorsed by Grantor to the Administrative Agent, if required). All Proceeds of the Collateral received by the Administrative Agent hereunder shall be held by the Administrative Agent in a special collateral account maintained by the Administrative Agent under its sole dominion and control (a “Collateral Account”). All Proceeds while held by the Administrative Agent in a Collateral Account (or by Grantor in trust for the Administrative Agent and the Secured Parties) shall continue to be held as collateral security for all the Obligations and shall not constitute payment thereof until applied as provided in Section 6.2.

All Proceeds of the Collateral received by the Administrative Agent hereunder shall be held by the Administrative Agent in a special collateral account maintained by the Administrative Agent under its sole dominion and control (a “Collateral Account”). All Proceeds while held by the Administrative Agent in a Collateral Account (or by Aircraft Grantor in trust for the Administrative Agent and the Secured Parties) shall continue to be held as collateral security for all the Obligations and shall not constitute payment thereof until applied as provided in Section 6.2.

All Proceeds of the Collateral received by the Administrative Agent hereunder shall be held by the Administrative Agent in a special collateral account Collateral Account maintained by the Administrative Agent under its sole dominion and control (a “Collateral Account”)control. All Proceeds while held by the Administrative Agent in a Collateral Account (or by such Grantor in trust for the Administrative Agent and the other Secured Parties) shall continue to be held as collateral security for all the Obligations and shall not constitute payment thereof until applied as provided in Section 6.26.5.

All Proceeds while held by the Administrative Agent in a Collateral Account (or by such Grantor in trust for the Administrative Agent and the other Secured Parties) shall continue to be held as collateral security for all the Secured Obligations and shall not constitute payment thereof until applied as provided in Section 6.26.5.

All Proceeds while held by the Administrative Agent in a collateral account maintained under the sole dominion and control of the Administrative Agent (a “Collateral Account Account”) (or by Grantor the Borrower in trust for the Administrative Agent and the Secured Parties) shall continue to be held as collateral security for all the Obligations and shall not constitute payment thereof until applied as provided in Section 6.26.3.
