PROCEEDINGS AGAINST COMPANY. The Company shall have voluntarily or involuntarily become the subject of proceedings under bankruptcy or insolvency law, or has suffered any action taken for its reorganization, insolvency, liquidation or dissolution except an application filed by an operational creditor of the Company for initiation of corporate insolvency resolution process in respect of the Company, which has been disputed by the Company and gets dismissed within 30 days from the date of first listing of such application; or. A receiver or resolution professional or liquidator is appointed or allowed to be appointed in respect of all or any part of the undertaking of the Company.
