Procedures Mandatory. The Parties agree that any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including any alleged failure to perform, or breach, of this Agreement, or any issue relating to the interpretation or application of this Agreement, other than breaches of confidentiality obligations, shall be resolved solely by means of the procedures set forth in this Section 14.
