Procedures for Discipline of Faculty. The Board may discipline a Faculty member, including but not limited to suspension or dismissal, for just cause. Such a Faculty member may utilize the grievance and arbitration procedure set forth in this Agreement to appeal any such disciplinary sanction; provided, however, oral reprimands may not be grieved but shall be subject to the provisions of Section 11.04(b)(i). The Board may non-reappoint a tenure-track Faculty member without cause as provided in Section 11.09.
