Procedures and Time Limit. The procedures set forth in this section 7.3 (“Contractual Claims”) and in City Code § 21-167 shall govern the consideration of contractual claims. The Director of Procurement Services shall issue a written decision on a claim no later than 90 calendar days after receipt of such claim in writing from the Contractor. (See City Code § 21-167(b); see also Va. Code § 2.2- 4363(B).)
