PROCEDURE INFORMATION. Tenant shall notify Landlord of any proposed Transfer at least thirty (30) days prior to its proposed effective date. The notice shall include the name and address of the proposed Transferee, its corporate affiliates in the case of a corporation, its members in the case of a limited liability company, and its partners in a case of a partnership, an execution copy of the proposed assignment or sublease, and sufficient additional information to permit Landlord to determine the financial responsibility and character of the proposed Transferee and its owners. Tenant shall promptly provide to Landlord any other information that Landlord reasonably requests regarding any proposed Transfer.
PROCEDURE INFORMATION. ISC shall provide each Merchant with all information needed by the merchant in the procedures and rules applicable to the use of checks and the operation of appropriate terminals. Digi2Checks will provide ISC supplies for each merchant free of charge.
