The RL shall submit Requests for new NBAP Connections in accordance with the procedure set out in Schedule 3 of the Approved ICO, save that RL shall indicate the Application Reference ID “ CARPARK” in the order submission. NLT is entitled not to accept any Request where (1) no ARI is indicated on the Request Form; (2) an incorrect ARI is indicated, or (3) where any other requirements set found in Schedule 3 of the Approved ICO are not met. Where relevant, the RL shall also provide NLT with any additional information required no later than 24 hours after the submission of the order.
