Procedure for Objections. Only Innovative Heights Class members who do not timely submit a valid Request for Exclusion may object to the Settlement Agreement, Fee Application, or any payment identified herein or related to this Agreement. Any Innovative Heights Class member who wishes to object must file a written objection with the Court and serve the objection on Class Counsel and Defendant’s Counsel on or before the Objection Deadline. To be valid, objections must be filed with the Clerk of Court, 000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxx Xx. Xxxxx, XX 00000. Any objections made by a Settlement Class member who is represented by counsel must be filed through the Court’s CM/ECF system.
