Common use of Procedure for Escrow Clause in Contracts

Procedure for Escrow. The procedures of the escrow shall be governed by the provisions of Article 2 of the Purchase Agreement and Exhibit E thereto, Section 2.2 of the Merger Agreement and Sections 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the PRCO Debentures, all of which are incorporated herein.
