Procedure for Determination of Entitlement to Indemnification and Advancements. A request by the Trustee for indemnification or advancement of Expenses shall be made in writing and shall be accompanied by such relevant documentation and information as is reasonably available to the Trustee. The Secretary of the Trust shall promptly advise the trustees of the Trust of such request.
