Procedure for Change or Amendment. A. Either party which wishes to modify or add to the terms of this Agreement must notify the other party in writing. B. The party receiving notice of the proposed change must notify the other party of its position relative to bargaining on the proposed change within ten (10) days of receipt of the written notice.
