Proactive Network & Endpoint. Solutions 2.3.7.1 If deemed appropriate by EPX, proactive Service Desk Support work will be carried out to improve uptime and/or efficiency. 2.3.7.2 Some proactive work may require Professional Services work to implement the solution. This solution will be quoted prior to commencement and approved by the Customer. 2.3.7.3 It is expected that the Customer will approve suggested solutions assuming the solution is considered reasonable. 2.3.7.4 If the suggestion solution is not implemented, any work undertaken to resolve issues which would have been resolved by the suggested solution will be excluded from Service Desk Support
