Private Rights Neither Party may provide for a right of action under its domestic law against the other Party on the ground that a measure of the other Party is inconsistent with this Agreement.
Private Property The Licensee shall be subject to all laws, by-laws and/or regulations regarding private property in the course of constructing, installing, operating and maintaining the Cable Television System in the Town. The Licensee shall promptly repair or replace all private property, real and personal, damaged or destroyed as a result of the construction, installation, operation or maintenance of the Cable System at its sole cost and expense.
Power System Stabilizers The Developer shall procure, install, maintain and operate Power System Stabilizers in accordance with the requirements identified in the Interconnection Studies conducted for Developer’s Large Generating Facility. NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner reserve the right to reasonably establish minimum acceptable settings for any installed Power System Stabilizers, subject to the design and operating limitations of the Large Generating Facility. If the Large Generating Facility’s Power System Stabilizers are removed from service or not capable of automatic operation, the Developer shall immediately notify the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. The requirements of this paragraph shall not apply to wind generators.
Student Agreement The acceptable and unacceptable uses of the Charter School network and the Internet are described in this “Student Acceptable Use Agreement." By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree to abide by the provisions of the attached Student Acceptable Use Policy. I understand that any violations of the above could result in the immediate loss of electronic computing and may result in further disciplinary and/or legal action, including but not limited to suspension, or referral to legal authorities. Misuse can come in many forms but can be viewed as any messages sent or received that indicate or suggest pornography, unethical or illegal solicitation, racism, sexism, inappropriate language, and other issues described under the unacceptable uses in this Acceptable Use Policy. I realize that all the rules of conduct described in this Charter School Acceptable Use Policy, procedures, and handbooks apply when I am using the Charter School network. Travelling, Transport and Fares (a) An employee required and authorised to use their own motor vehicle in the course of their duties will be paid not less than the allowance set out in item 21 in Table 2.
Dark Fiber Transport Dark Fiber Transport is defined as Dedicated Transport that consists of unactivated optical interoffice transmission facilities without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics. Except as set forth in Section 6.9.1 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to Dark Fiber Transport Entrance Facilities pursuant to this Agreement.
