Private Ip Service. The Private IP service is an enterprise Virtual Private Network (VPN) service providing data privacy to mission partners across the SBU IP Data network. As a data service, this new service falls within the ISN Subscription Service structure. Features of this service include the following: • VPN using Multi-Protocol Labeled Switching (MPLS) • Provides privacy and limits access to IP data to VPN members only • Connections available at Unclassified-Aggregation Router (U-AR) or Unclassified- Provider Edge (U-PE) Router The following tables show the management thresholds and metrics for SBU IP Data and Secret IP Data. As noted above, Private IP service rides across the SBU IP Data network; therefore, the management thresholds and metrics for Private IP service are identical to SBU IP Data.   • PROPANE GAS SYSTEM SERVICE AREA If the Property is located in a propane gas system service area owned by a distribution system retailer, Seller must give Buyer written notice as required by §141.010, Texas Utilities Code. An addendum containing the notice approved by TREC or required by the parties should be used.

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop Software Subscriptions Software Subscriptions for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktops and Workstations are subject to the parameters set forth in Table 6 below. Each Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop and Workstation Software Subscription includes one Red Hat Network system entitlement and one Smart Management Module, each to be used solely with a single Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop or Workstation System. Production Support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop subscriptions is limited to web-based support only for your helpdesk support personnel. Red Hat is not obligated to support your end users directly.

The Commissioner reserves the right to amend the Contract at any time to incorporate lease offerings.
