Common use of Private Function Clause in Contracts

Private Function. is where a "Fire Fighter" of the Town of Smithfield Fire Department is assigned by the Chief of the Fire Department to standby as a fire watch at a function held by a person or organization other than the Town of Smithfield and which shall be compensated by the parties holding such function.
