Privacy Screen. Hedge Screen (PP) a) Privacy screens must not restrict the visibility and safety of traffic/pedestrians. b) Privacy screens must be made with lattice (wood or vinyl) or staggered pressure treated wood. c) Privacy screens must not be higher than six (6) feet or longer than sixteen (16) feet. d) Written permission of the neighbour must be received before a privacy hedge can be installed on the property (site/lot) line.
