Common use of Privacy and Security Program Clause in Contracts

Privacy and Security Program. During the term of this Agreement, Provider will maintain a comprehensive privacy and security program designed to ensure that Personal Data will only be Processed in accordance with this Addendum and Article 32 of the GDPR, including the appointment of a data protection officer as required by applicable law. Provider will implement appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect Personal Data and ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk for the activities contemplated under the Agreement. Provider agrees to regularly test, assess and evaluate the effectiveness of the measures for ensuring the security of Processing.
