Priority Service. Subject to Section 14, but notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Proration Policy shall provide generally that a tender by Customer of Crude Oil not exceeding the Minimum Volume Commitment from the Origin Point to the Delivery Point shall not be subject to prorationing to accommodate nominations of uncommitted volumes from any shipper under Ordinary Operating Conditions.
