Priority Protected Social Programs. The Borrower has furnished to the Bank evidence that the aggregate expenditure under the 2001 Executed Budget for the Priority Protected Social Programs was equal to, or greater than, the aggregate allocation in the 2001 Approved Budget for such Priority Protected Social Programs. The Borrower has furnished to the Bank evidence that the aggregate allocation in the 2002 Approved Budget for the Priority Protected Social Programs: is equal to, or greater than, the aggregate allocation in the 2001 Approved Budget for such Priority Protected Social Programs in real terms; and includes the Priority Protected Social Programs Minimal Allocations.

  • Group Health Insurance Immediately following retirement, the teacher shall have the option of remaining in the Corporation’s current group health insurance plan if all of the following conditions are met as of the date of retirement and thereafter:

  • Rights Protection Mechanisms and Abuse Mitigation ­‐ Registry Operator commits to implementing and performing the following protections for the TLD:

  • Extended Child Care Leave ‌ Upon completion of maternity, adoption and/or parental leave, including any extension to such leaves, a regular employee will be entitled, upon written application, to a leave of absence without pay to care for the child.   • Dependent Care Assistance Program The County offers the option of enrolling in a Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) designed to qualify for tax savings under Section 129 of the Internal Revenue Code, but such savings are not guaranteed. The program allows employees to set aside up to five thousand dollars ($5,000) of annual salary (before taxes) per calendar year to pay for eligible dependent care (child and elder care) expenses. Any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be recovered by the employee.

  • HEALTH CARE PLANS ‌ Notwithstanding the references to the Pacific Blue Cross Plans in this article, the parties agree that Employers, who are not currently providing benefits under the Pacific Blue Cross Plans may continue to provide the benefits through another carrier providing that the overall level of benefits is comparable to the level of benefits under the Pacific Blue Cross Plans.

  • State Employee Group Insurance Program (SEGIP) During the life of this Agreement, the Employer agrees to offer a Group Insurance Program that includes health, dental, life, and disability coverages equivalent to existing coverages, subject to the provisions of this Article. All insurance eligible employees will be provided with a Summary Plan Description (SPD) called “Your Employee Benefits”. Such SPD shall be provided no less than biennially and prior to the beginning of the insurance year. New insurance eligible employees shall receive a SPD within thirty (30) days of their date of eligibility.

  • Volunteer Peer Assistants 1. Up to eight (8)

  • Insurance Programs 1. The District agrees to provide a program of life, medical and dental insurance benefits for teachers. The District shall offer each employee a choice between the following two (2) programs of medical and health care:
