Priority of Task Implementation. The monitoring strategies described in this QAPP are implemented simultaneously in order to determine source and quantity of phosphorus loading. Each of the monitoring strategies will build upon the base of information informing on source and magnitude of non-point pollution originating from The Villages MPD Basins and from other sources.
