Common use of Priority of Leases Clause in Contracts

Priority of Leases. To the extent Mortgagor has the right, under the terms of any Lease, to make such lease subordinate to the lien hereof, Mortgagor will, at Mortgagee’s request and Mortgagor’s expense, take such action as may be required to effect such subordination. Conversely, Mortgagor will, at Mortgagee’s request and Mortgagor’s expense, take such action as may be necessary to subordinate the lien hereof to any future Lease designated by Mortgagee.
