Priority of Dedicated Saltwater. Dedicated Saltwater tendered at the Receipt Points on the Gathering System on any Day shall be Firm Capacity Saltwater. Producer’s Saltwater that is not Dedicated Saltwater that is tendered at the Receipt Points or delivered by Producer to the Disposal Xxxxx pursuant to Section 3.1(i) on any Day shall be Interruptible Saltwater unless otherwise agreed to by Gatherer.
