PRIORITY OF CONTRACTS, CLAUSES AND SCHEDULES. 1.4.1 This Contract, and all other Contracts and documents forming part of or referred to in this Contract are to be taken as mutually explanatory and, unless otherwise expressly provided elsewhere in this Contract, the priority of this Contract and other documents and Contracts forming part hereof or referred to herein shall, in the event of any conflict between them, be in the following order:
