PRIORITY AND SEVERABILITY. 8.1 If any term or provision of the Agreement is determined to be illegal, unenforceable, or invalid in whole or in part for any reason, such provisions or part thereof shall not affect the legality, enforceability, or validity of the remainder of this Agreement. 8.2 After the Agreement is signed, it shall prevail over all commitment on business cooperation previously reached, whether in oral or written form.
