Priority 2 Gas Clause Samples

The 'Priority 2 Gas' clause defines the classification and handling of gas supplies that are designated as second in priority during periods of limited availability or curtailment. In practice, this clause outlines which customers or types of usage fall under Priority 2, such as certain commercial or industrial users, and specifies the conditions under which their gas supply may be reduced or interrupted. Its core function is to establish a clear hierarchy for gas distribution, ensuring that higher-priority needs are met first and providing a transparent framework for managing supply shortages.
