Priority 1 Areas Sample Clauses

Priority 1 Areas. 6.3.1 Owner shall provide Contractor access to Priority 1 Areas to perform any portion of the Work within such areas no later than the dates set forth in Exhibit 6.3.1. 6.3.2 Owner may, but is not obligated to, obtain rights of entry to Priority 1 Areas prior to the dates set forth in the Priority 1 Area Availability Schedule. In the event Owner obtains such rights of entry, Owner shall specify the scope of Work that Contractor is authorized to perform on the applicable Priority 1 Area during such time. Any other Work performed by Contractor shall be at Contractor’s sole risk.
