Common use of Priorities Clause in Contracts

Priorities. The Trustee will pay or deliver in the following order any money or other property that it collects pursuant to this Article 7: First: to the Trustee and its agents and attorneys for amounts due under Section 10.06, including payment of all fees and compensation of, and all expenses and liabilities incurred, and all advances made, by, the Trustee (in each of its capacities under this Indenture, including as Note Agent) and the costs and expenses of collection;
