Prior Year Bonuses Clause Samples

Prior Year Bonuses. For purposes of determining M▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ right to bonuses with respect to any year that ends on or before the Termination Date (a “Prior Year”), M▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will be deemed to be in the active employ of NIC indefinitely after the Termination Date. Accordingly, any bonus payments attributable to a Prior Year that would otherwise be paid to M▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ after the Termination Date (with the original requirement that he be in the active employ of NIC at the scheduled time of the bonus payment) will be paid to M▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or to his estate as if he remained in the employ of NIC through the date of each scheduled bonus payment.
Prior Year Bonuses. Employee forever discharges and releases Sonus from any and all bonuses due to Employee for Sonus' fiscal years ended 1997 and 1998 pursuant to Section 3.2 of the Employment Agreement.
