Common use of Prior to full satisfaction Clause in Contracts

Prior to full satisfaction. (a) Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the Collateral Trustee is hereby authorised to execute on behalf of itself and each Bondholder, without the need for any further referral to or authority from such person, any release of the Relevant Collateral over that asset.
