Common use of Prior Agreement Clause in Contracts

Prior Agreement. The Company and the Executive are parties to an Executive Employment Agreement executed on March 26, 2003 (the "Prior Agreement"). The parties acknowledge and agree that the terms of this Agreement constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter and supersede all prior agreements with respect thereto, including, without limitation, the Prior Agreement.

The parties acknowledge and agree that Company shall continue to employ Executive on the terms of this Agreement constitute and conditions set forth in the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter Agreement, which supersedes and supersede all prior agreements with respect thereto, including, without limitation, replaces the Prior AgreementAgreement in its entirety.
