Prior Actions. It is expressly agreed and understood that as a condition precedent to this contract becoming effective on the effective date specified above in paragraph 2, Community Roots shall have taken, completed and satisfied on or before the date specified herein any action or obligation which is required to be completed before such effective date, and failure to do so shall constitute grounds for the District to declare this contract null and void.
