Common use of Printed Material Clause in Contracts

Printed Material. All written, printed, visual or audio materials used by Employee in performing duties for Employer, other than Employee's personal notes and diaries, are and shall remain the property of Employer. Upon termination of employment on any basis, Employee shall return all such materials to Employer.
