Print Files Clause Samples
The "Print Files" clause establishes the terms under which documents or materials may be printed as part of an agreement. Typically, it outlines the responsibilities for providing print-ready files, specifies acceptable file formats, and may address quality standards or delivery timelines for printed materials. This clause ensures that both parties understand their obligations regarding the preparation and handling of files for printing, thereby minimizing errors, delays, or disputes related to the production of printed items.
Print Files. Please follow the instructions below to send the selected document to a printer.
1. In the document area, select the document that you want to print out.
2. Click the print button in the toolbar or right-click this document and select [Print] from the menu.
3. This document will be printed on the default printer.
Print Files. Gelato may, as part of the GelatoConnect Workflow functionality, apply colour profiles. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to validate the Input files, including the verification of the colours.
