Principle 4: Commitment to Effective and Efficient Cooperation. NRAs agree to cooperate in a way that achieves the objectives envisaged by this MoU efficiently and effectively. NRAs also recognise that Requests for Cooperation may create a resource burden for regulators, and that regulators may need to tailor the allocation of resources to cooperation efforts to address issues of greater concern.
