Common use of Principal Representative Purchasing Clause in Contracts

Principal Representative Purchasing. The Construction Manager shall investigate and recommend materials and equipment that could be purchased by the Principal Representative; consider long lead time procurement and mass purchasing power in making such recommendations; recommend a schedule for such purchases after coordination with the Architect/Engineer in the schedule for preparation of Contract Documents; and expedite and coordinate delivery of these purchases to facilitate their delivery by the required dates.
