PRINCIPAL PLACE OF ACTIVITY. The principal place of activity of the Partnership shall be c/o Merrill Xxxxx & Co., Inc., World Financial Center, North Tower, 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, New York, New York 10281. Upon ten days' written notice to the Partners, the General Partner may change the location of the Partnership's principal place of activity, provided that such change has no material adverse effect upon any Partner.
