Prime Power. Unlimited Hours, 10% Overload is permitted for a maximum of 1 hour in a 12 hour period, not to exceed 12 hours in a year. Average load will be a maximum of 70% of Prime power rating.

  • Corporate Power; Authorization The Company has all requisite corporate power and has taken all requisite corporate action to execute and deliver this Warrant, to sell and issue the Warrant and Warrant Stock and to carry out and perform all of its obligations hereunder.
