Prime Landlord Consent. This Amendment is conditioned upon and subject to Sublandlord obtaining the written consent of Prime Landlord’s Landlord in accordance with all applicable terms of the Prime Lease. If Prime Landlord declines to consent to this Amendment, this Amendment shall thereupon terminate and approvalbe of no further force or effect.
