Prime Contracts Clause Samples
Prime Contracts. Unless otherwise provided in this Program, Developers shall apply a ten percent (10%) Bid Discount and/or Ratings Bonus’ to any Proposal/Bid from a Certified SBE for all contracts estimated to be between $10 Thousand and $10 Million. The Bid Discounts/Ratings Bonus’ shall apply to each stage of the selection process, including qualifications, proposals and interviews.
Prime Contracts. The offeror shall submit a copy of the signed letter conforming to the sample letter of Government in an attachment to its offer.
Prime Contracts. As to the Phase of the Project for which the Company has submitted a Request for Disbursement for Hard Costs, (1) all Prime Contracts as to which the Request for Disbursement relates shall have been entered into, and (2) copies of all such Prime Contracts, and copies of all amendments thereto, together with Prime Contractor Consents and Agreements with respect to each such Prime Contract and Assignments of Contracts with respect to each such Prime Contract shall have been delivered to TDF. All Prime Contracts shall be in a form reasonably satisfactory to TDF.
Prime Contracts. Each Prime Contract shall be on the form of contract approved by TDF in accordance with Section 10.2 hereof, and shall require that each Prime Contractor maintain insurance coverages reasonably acceptable to TDF.
Prime Contracts. Based on the evaluation factors listed, prime contracts will be awarded to all qualifying offerors that receive a Pass rating for Vol I – Administrative and Responsibility Matters, an Acceptable rating for Factor 1 – IDIQ Management, and a Substantial confidence rating in Factor 2 – Past Performance.
